Any person licensed to practice law in the state of Utah, who in resolving tort claims predominantly represents plaintiffs, may become an attorney member. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Your choice to become a sustaining member helps defray the organization's operational expenses.
** To qualify for an out-of-state membership, you must be licensed in Utah or be an active member of your local Trial Lawyers Association.
*** Paralegal members must be employed by a UAJ attorney member to qualify for membership.
